DragginMath: Semicolon
Many math problems need only one expression or equation. But some need more than one. In DragginMath, these are separated (not terminated) by semicolons, a notational feature often seen in programming languages. There are two ways of entering a semicolon.
Look for the semicolon key on the screen keyboard, or on your hardware keyboard if you have one. This allows you to enter two or more expressions at the beginning of your work on a problem.
Look for the semicolon button at the right end of Top Text. This is useful when you discover you need another expression after you have already started work on a problem. Tapping this button appends a semicolon to the existing text and raises the screen keyboard so you can enter more text.
And here is a useful trick: sometimes you discover you need to change the existing text after you have already tapped ↲ and made the keyboard go away. Tap the semicolon button at the top and wait for the keyboard to rise. Now you can backspace to wherever you need to make your change, then type forward again with your corrected text.
